My order never arrived, or, the package was empty. What should I do?

We’re sorry you haven’t received your package yet or that it arrived empty. If your package is late, please check to see if the address is correct, and that you provided your apartment or house number.


Other possible reasons for a shipping delay could include severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures. We recommend waiting 48 hours from the expected arrival date to account for unexpected delays. If none of these are the reason, please email sayhello@infinitecommerce.com to initiate a return or replacement, if you purchased the item on this website.


If you purchased a Sparkle and Bash product from one of our retail partners, the quickest way to resolve your order issue is to contact our retail partner directly. In addition to processing and shipping your order, our retail partners also take care of returns.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
